“发酵工厂设计”课程改革与探索

摘要:“发酵工厂设计”课程涉及面广,实践性强,计算量大,传统的教学方式不利于“培养符合新时代生物发酵产业需求的人才”课程目标的实现。为了在有限的课时内调动学生学习积极性,使其有效掌握发酵工厂设计的理论体系以及提高动手能力,笔者根据多年教学经验,结合培养目标对教学内容进行了精简和强化。采用多媒体教学、案例教学、实践教学等教学手段,同时融入了GMP等相关知识,对培养符合未来生产科研等工作需求的合格人才具有一定意义。

AbstractThe course “Fermentation Factory Design” has a wide range, strong practicality and a large number of calculations, and the traditional teaching method is not conducive to the realization of the course objective of “Cultivating talents to meet the needs of the new era of the bio-fermentation industry”. To stimulate students' learning enthusiasm within the limited class hours, enabling them to effectively grasp the theoretical system of fermentation factory design and improve their hands-on ability, the author has simplified and strengthened the teaching content based on years of teaching experience, and combined it with training objectives. Multimedia teaching, case teaching, practical teaching and other teaching methods have been adopted, while also taking into account the infiltration of relevant knowledge such as GMP, it has a certain significance for cultivating qualified talents who meet the needs of future production and scientific research work.
